2nd Speech Center may read any DOC, HTML, PDF document and loose texts you take to its interface or that you have in the clipart. By default, the application has been optimized for English reading but you may download the motors for Spanish, Italian and French.

Any text reproduced in voice by means of 2nd Speech Center may be recorded to an independent file in Mp3/WAV. One of the utilities you may give this tool is the reading of emails.
