Regarding its first function, you will be able to split any file in as many sections as you want, either equitable or not; while in the second one, you will be able to convert it to any of the four supporter formats: MP3, WAV, WMA and OGG.
It can merge different audio tracks, either in format or any other feature. In the same way, it provides you with information about the files you are using: speed, volume, quality, size, frequency, among other data.
With the program you will also be able to "label" your audio files. It is worth mentioning that its interface is very simple and has a guide wizard.
